Chef Shoshana Sochaczewski attended the Center for Kosher Culinary Arts in New York City. Upon returning home to Toronto, she has joined the team at Mobius Culinary Labs to learn the art and science of sous vide cooking. Her strong work ethic and happy disposition creates a fun environment in the kitchen. She is extremely creative and has a tremendous passion for cooking. In the fall of 2017 she will be a graduate student of Wurzweiler school of social work, where she plans to combine both of these strengths in pursuit of her future career.
